Every raw material is tested before it goes into production. Five checks, every single time. If anything is off, the batch goes back to the supplier.
Is this really the plant and the plant part we ordered?

Total viable count, yeasts and moulds.
A plant is not a constant. The same herb contains more active substance in one harvest than another, depending on soil, season and harvest time. That is why we measure every extract on its active constituent and adjust it until the specified content is right.
We keep a sample of every batch. If a question about a specific production comes up years later, we can check exactly what was in it. That is why every jar carries a batch number.
Food supplements are not medicines. They do not replace a varied diet or medical treatment.
Where European regulation allows a health claim, we use it literally. Where it does not, we tell you what is in it and how much, and we leave the conclusion to you and your doctor or pharmacist.
That the extract has been checked on its active constituent and adjusted to a fixed content. Without standardisation you only know how much plant material is in it, not how much of that is active.
