Double-blind and placebo-controlled. Measured on hydration, elasticity and wrinkle depth.

Every Soriphar formula starts from scientific research. We choose standardised extracts, dose as in the studies and state how much active substance is really in it.
For us science is not a word on the packaging. It is the order in which we build a product.
We start from published studies, preferably randomised and placebo-controlled, and look at which plant, which plant part and which form was studied.
A plant is not a fixed quantity. A standardised extract contains a guaranteed amount of active substance, such as crocins in saffron or withanolides in ashwagandha.
We dose as in the research that describes the effect, not as it sounds good on a label.
Developed and produced in Belgium. Besides the amount of extract, the label also states how much active substance it provides.
What an ingredient does, how it was studied and what the studies actually measured, with the sources.

Many labels only state how much extract is in it. Whether that extract also contains active substance is nowhere to be found. With a standardised extract that amount is fixed, and we state it.
A selection of the studies behind our themes: which dose, for how long, in whom and what was measured.
