A tour of our production in Ichtegem: the five steps every batch goes through before it reaches you.
Most supplement brands buy their formulas from a contract manufacturer. We develop and make them ourselves in Ichtegem. That is slower and more expensive, and it is exactly why we can tell you what is in the jar.
From choosing a raw material to the moment a batch may leave. Every step with its own check.
Not every supplier of the same plant delivers the same quality. We select on plant species, the plant part used and origin. Where a raw material exists with its own research behind it, we use that one.
Every delivery is checked before anything happens with it. We test for active components, microbiological purity, pesticides and heavy metals. If anything is off, the batch goes back.
This is where the difference lies. The extract is checked on its active constituent and adjusted to the specified content. That way every dose contains the same, whatever the harvest.
Mixing, dosing and packaging happen in-house, under ISO 22000-controlled conditions. We have produced syrups since 2000, tablets since 2015 and capsules since 2018.
Every batch gets a number and is only released after inspection. We keep a sample of every batch, so that years later we can still check exactly what was in it.
Quality is not a claim but a process. This is what is verified externally.
