Magnesium PLUS is a complete formula based on bioactive magnesium bisglycinate, enriched with taurine and a full B-vitamin complex.

Magnesium PLUS contains magnesium bisglycinate – a chelated form in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. This binding ensures better absorption across the intestinal wall without the laxative effects common to other forms like magnesium oxide or citrate.⁴
Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic processes and contributes to energy metabolism, nervous system function, and the maintenance of healthy muscles and bones.³
The addition of taurine, a sulfur-containing amino acid, and a full B-vitamin complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12) offers extra support for energy, cognitive performance, and mental resilience.
